Seafood chaufa rice recipe

Ingredients for making seafood chaufa rice:

 4 cups of Rice cooked without salt

 250 grams of prawns

 150 grams of Squid

 1 dozen clams

 1 dozen fan shells

 ½ cup of Chinese onion

 ½ cup of Oil

 4 units of Egg

 1 pinch of salt

 1 jet of Sillao or Soy Sauce

How to make seafood chaufa rice:

In a large skillet, prepare an omelette with all the eggs. You remove it, cut it into small pieces and place it back in the pan.

Also, clean the seafood and prawns well. Cut into pieces what needs to be cut, and pass them through hot water.

Then, pour the rice into the pan first, followed by the seafood and prawns. Mix well with the tortilla pieces. To this preparation you add a little salt and soy sauce or soy sauce.

When it is ready, you add the finely chopped onion.
